Terms of service

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or misleading purposes.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the platform.
• Make sure the information in your resumes and cover letters is truthful.

Your content

You own the content you add. You give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Plans and payments

The Free plan has usage limits. The Pro plan is billed monthly in Australian dollars through Stripe and renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.

No guarantee of employment

The service is an organisational tool. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any employment outcome.
